DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses listed on the pages controlled by the Owner, as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms present, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data necessary to respond to requests, as well as of all personal data included in communications. The data will be kept only for the time necessary to respond to the sender's requests by internal (authorised) or external parties (professionals, consultants and/or external companies acting as independent data controllers or Data Processors. Specific information is referred to, if necessary, on the different pages.


NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the following:

    IP addresses of the devices used by the users; date and time in which the request was received; the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources; the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.); the size of the response in bytes; URI/URL address of the referring page (referrer); browser recognition string (user agent).

Such data does not persist for more than 15 days, after which, it is automatically deleted (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authority). Furthermore, data necessary for the use of web services are processed anonymously, with the aim of checking the correct functioning of the services offered.

Cookies are text strings created by a server and stored on the computer's hard disk or on any device used by the user to access the Internet (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to then be reconsidered in subsequent accesses to the Internet by the user. same device. Similarly, also with regard to the inclusion of the Facebook "Like" button on the site pages which allows users' preferences to be shared on the social network, Tannus Italia and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited must be considered "Joint Controllers" for the operations for data collection, not for post-collection processing carried out by Meta.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

The Data Controller makes use of professional services offered by some suppliers, adequately qualified as data controllers. This may result in the data being transferred outside the EU territory but only: • to countries subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the Guarantor (art. 45 of the GDPR); • in countries located outside the EEA, subject to signing the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted/approved by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46, 2, letter. c) and d). In the event that this occurs, a copy of the guarantees referred to in art. 46, par. 2, letter. c) and d), adopted by the Data Controller can be obtained by writing an e-mail to the DPO; • towards entities that have an international structure and that have provided for the signing, at group level, of specific Binding Corporate Rules, pursuant to art. 47 of the GDPR; • if the interested party has given his/her explicit consent, in execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures, to ascertain or defend a right in court, to protect the vital interests of an interested party or of other persons and the interested party cannot give your consent (art. 49 of the GDPR)

 

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES (ARTICLES 15-22 OF THE GDPR)

The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, possibly, to request access to the personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him or to oppose their processing - if not required by law - in addition to the right to data portability. At any time, the interested party has the right to withdraw consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
